New Tapas Banner and Cover

Here is the final version of my new tapas banner! I also changed the “book cover” for Tapas to use the new webtoon vertical icon. It’s really fun to see the sun and moon theme right next to each other! This is a vast improvement from the first banner, which was always meant to be a placeholder.
